Our Most Successful Race Yet!


Shady Grove Presbyterian Church hosted the 15th annual Race for Grace 5K on Saturday, November 5, 2011. More than 985 registrants and 43 sponsors raised more than $80,000 to benefit the Church Health Center.


Congratulations to the top overall finishers, Ashley Spriggs and Jerry Scruggs, and to the top finishers in all categories. Thanks to our generous sponsors, committee members, in-kind gift contributors and those who assisted on the day of the race. Special thanks to Sandra House, Race Chairperson, and to Rockin’ Robin’s DJs for their awesome musical entertainment.


Plans are underway to make the 16th Annual Race for Grace 5K on November 3, 2012 even better! Consider serving on a committee, becoming a race sponsor or forming a team at your school, business or church. You are the most important ingredient in our success!
