For many reason current Barbican Residents are not selling (my impression is that they are just happy where they are, and have no intention of selling, nothing to do with the market conditions at all) but because we have many more buyers wishing to join the Barbican urban retreat, prices have already risen and will continue throughout the year, unless we get more supply, which I just don’t see happening.
