A new concept for Carvoeiro, Martins Kulinarium features a cre- ative menu filled with seasonal produce and organic ingredients. Located on Rua dos Moinhos, just off the main hill in Carvoeiro, this family business sources much of its products from Monchique, including black pig, wild mushrooms and truffles. A bright venue with two outdoor terraces and a fireplace, it's also home to a cooking school and regularly holds special seminars. CHEFE ANTÓNIO EEE


One of Carvoeiro’s longest established restaurants which takes its name from owner and head chef António serving good Portuguese cuisine. The friendly atmosphere is enhanced by António’s cheerful welcome as he often comes from the kitchen to greet guests. There is a wide-ranging menu many of which are António’s own recipes.
