“Storytime with Mrs. Claus” is a morning of holiday tales told by Santa’s wife, crafts and a snack at various retailers at The Promenade at Fulton Ranch from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Thursdays, Dec. 8, 15 and 22. “Holiday stories and the art of storytelling pass down a festive spirit from generation to generation,” says Marketing Director Stephanie Bugno. “The Promenade at Fulton Ranch is proud to provide this opportunity to educate children about holiday traditions in a fun, creative way.”

Holiday events in Fulton Ranch Join Santa and Mrs. Claus for breakfast at Fulton Ranch Towne Center’s Old Chicago, 135 W. Ocotillo Rd., at 8:30 a.m. Sat., Dec. 17. Parents and children can feast on a breakfast buffet and receive a goodie bag. Cost for the breakfast is $10 per person. Space for all programs is limited. Each family receives a free digital photo, which can be downloaded to a personal computer for printing and sharing. The image can also be sent to a digital photo processing center. Participants are welcome to bring their own cameras as well.

Dance party
Seniors kick up their heels to live music and enjoy bingo, a catered dinner, dancing and a visit from Santa during the Chandler Senior Center’s Holiday Dance from 5 to 9 p.m. Fri., Dec. 9 in the center’s Multipurpose Room.

Gilbert celebrates
The lake at Gilbert Civic Center North Campus will be outlined with blue lights, and holiday decorations transform the area into a fantasy holiday scene for the Town of Gilbert’s Holiday Nights of Lights from 6 to 9 p.m. Fri., Dec. 9.
The free event features holiday entertainment, games, inflatable bounces, slides, activities, vendors and sponsor booths. Hot chocolate and other sweet treats are available for purchase. Bring a camera for visits with St. Nick.
