we value RESPECT

"Respect ties everything together."

Frost Valley YMCA Adventure Trips are an opportunity for teens to make great friends, try new things, develop valuable life skills, and have fun in a dynamic and safe environment. Whether through backcountry living, volunteer service, multi-sport activities, or cultural exploration, we strive to create a community where everyone can gain leadership experience, acquire new skills, and build healthy relationships with their peers and leaders. All groups will be sleeping in tents in established campsites. All trips start and end at Frost Valley. Check out our website for itineraries, blog and photos. For more information on trips email adventure@frostvalley.org, or call us (845) 985-2291 ext. 265.
