Acadia National Park, here we come! From rock climbing on Otter Cliffs to biking on the carriage roads, Mount Desert Island has a lot to do. After 5 days of land-based adventures, we will join certified Maine kayak guides for 4 days of island camping and explore Maine’s coastal islands in tandem sea kayaks.


n WEST VIRGINIA WHITEWATER Grades 8-11 • Available sessions 1 & 4


Spend two weeks rock climbing, caving, mountain biking, and (of course) whitewater rafting in the world-renowned New River Gorge. With over 25 years experience running this trip, West Virginia is a must do for any adventurer. *Participants must be comfortable in water and know how to swim.

VOYAGER Grades 8-11 • Available session 1


Learn to sail with us on Lake Champlain in beautiful Burlington, Vermont. In addition to learning to sail, we’ll climb the rock faces nearby, bike the Burlington Bike Path, and pick up a snack as we tour the Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Factory for a true taste of Vermont! *Participants must be comfortable in water and know how to swim.


u WHITE MOUNTAINS KAYAK & CLIMB Grades 9-12 • Available session 3


Travel to the White Mountains of New Hampshire and learn to white water kayak with experienced instructors on one of our most challenging trip offerings. We will also climb the nearby cliffs to get great views of the mountains and hike in the gorgeous White Mountain National Park. *Participants must be comfortable in water and know how to swim.

n HABITAT ADIRONDACKS Grades 9-12, min. age 14 • Available sessions 1 & 3


Work with Habitat Adirondacks near Saranac Lake to gain community service hours, new friends and new skills. We’ll help build a house with Habitat for Humanity and work with other local non-profit organizations to earn up to 35 volunteer service hours. While we’re there, we’ll enjoy the beauty of the Adirondack Mountains by rafting, climbing and exploring some local towns.


n MAINE TRAIL BUILDERS Grades 9-12 • Available sessions 2 & 4


Explore the beautiful area of Acadia, Maine as you help maintain trails and complete service work with the National Park Service. We’ll earn up to 35 hours of community service digging in the dirt, trimming trees and doing various other projects around the park. On our days off from all our hard work, we’ll spend a day climbing and biking in the area.


l RHODE ISLAND ANIMAL ADVENTURES Grades 7-9, min. age 12 • Available session 2


This beginner service adventure teaches you all about animals! You’ll volunteer with an animal shelter, work at a farm and explore some animals up close by visiting places like the local aquarium. Earn a minimum of 10 hours of service credit as you meet new friends and try new things.
