Ms. O’Connor received her MPA in Health Services Administration at Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. She has achieved Fellowship Status at AHIMA and has served in leadership roles including President for the New Jersey HIMA.
Ms. O’Connor has authored and presented articles on numerous topics relevant to eHealth and health information exchange.
