The Centre for the Arts at Brock University will kick off 2012 with an exciting lineup that is heavy on quality, variety and downright fun.
Killer versions of tunes by Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen and Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons will be performed by the Niagara Symphony and the Jeans ‘n Classic Band during The Boys of Jersey Shore, on Saturday, Jan. 14.
“(Concerts such as these) give people a chance to see the orchestra in a different light,” said Niagara Symphony conductor Bradley Thachuk.
Residents of Niagara are unlikely to see Springsteen or Bon Jovi perform locally and this gives fans a chance to hear their hits, including "Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You", "December 1963 (Oh
What a Night)", "Born in the USA", "Dancing in The Dark", "Bed of Roses" and "You Give Love a Bad Name" not only live, but with the powerful added element of a full symphonic orchestra.
Symphony-goers and classic rock fans alike can experience three eras of the incredible sounds and styles from the Garden State, right here in the Garden City.
