Chris Hoggarth founded ProPez just two years ago to help clients focus on making their business presentable.


Now, I am intrigued. I read a lot about business and I have never before come across a business whose goal it is to make a business ‘presentable’?


Chris is one to acknowledge that many small businesses face time and financial pressures. Business owners are so fully occupied with the day to day running of their business and with the pressure of securing short-term orders that they often fail to spend enough time on mid- to long-term strategy. As a result, strategy information may be invisible to the rest of the organisation or may not exist at all except inside the head of the business owner. In such cases, how can other people in the organisation develop a dialogue about strategy with clients, prospects and partners? How can they know what a strategically important opportunity or threat looks like? How can they do anything else but chase the short-term orders?


ProPez help clients fill this kind of ‘strategy vacuum’ by challenging them to develop, or at least communicate, their strategy, helping to make the business presentable to clients and
