Also, the importance of customer satisfaction isn’t lost on these two. They have a great referral system and keep their customers close to their chest so to speak.
David and Margie keep on expanding their product range and finding new opportunities for new products. As an example, there is a growing awareness of the
negative side effects of electro-magnetic fields, and EMF pollution. “The media has started to educate people about the potential side effects and people are waking up to it. We’ve recently begun selling cell phone harmonisers. People have been waking up to mobile phone radiation for a while, they are aware that it’s a problem but it’s one that people tend not think about.”
It also seems their market is widening. They are getting more and more ‘mainstream’ people interested their products. They have an increasing stream of people, particularly those who spend all day on laptops and mobile phones, coming to them totally desperate because they have not been able to do their jobs due to electro-sensitivity. Indeed electro- sensitivity is now so wide-spread it is a recognised medical condition in Sweden!
This has given David and Margie the confidence to take their marketing efforts into the mainstream. “We have in a sense been taking the easier route by marketing to an aware group of people who already understand energy and how it can be manipulated,” says David.
Are they faced with cynicism?
Yes. “We get a lot of blank looks. People are generally polite to our face, but call us crazy behind our backs, however once they try our products they are converted”, says Margie.
“We want to present our products to people with a broader belief system, so that more people can benefit.” David
But the couple feel attitudes are changing, and bad reception is occurring less and less for the resilient pair. They pride themselves on being pioneers and carry such an intense belief in the benefits of the devices that they have always offered a full money-back guarantee with their products. They will not be deterred by cynicism and feel a sense of pride in their success to date, especially when they get positive feedback from their customers. They will continue their efforts to bring their technology to the wider ‘mainstream’ market, bringing new products to the market each year. As to the future - watch this space for the next big thing!
