▶ Online application ▶ Live audition (recommended) OR video audition (to be uploaded onto ArtsApp) —Live auditions consist of dance only. See
www.bostonconservtory.edu/mtdi for audition dates and times. —Video auditions are due May 4, 2012 and must be a one-minute unedited dance piece in the style of musical theater, jazz and/or ballet highlighting your technique and musicality. ArtsApp accepts the following video formats: .asf, .avi, .flv, .mov, .m4v, .mp4, .mpg, .mvb, .swf and .wmv.
▶ One artistic resume ▶ One head shot ▶ One letter of recommendation from a dance teacher
All application materials need to be uploaded at the same time onto ArtsApp, available at

TUITION AND FEES
APPLICATION FEE: $65 by April 15, 2012; $100 between April 16 and May 4, 2012 TUITION: $2250 SPECIALS: $4250 Six Week Summer Dance Special (three weeks of Summer Dance Intensive AND three weeks of Musical Theater Dance Intensive; students must meet audition requirements of BOTH programs)
Housing and meal plans are available upon request.
