The Diploma is gained by achieving credits in the following core subjects:
• English as a Foreign Language • Study Skills • Mathematics •
Information Technology
You will also choose two option subjects from the following:
• Business Studies • Computing • Biology • History • Law • Mathematics • Psychology • Sociology
For the full Diploma to be awarded students will need to have 60 credits, for which 45 will be at Level 3 (A-level equivalent) and the rest at Level 2 (GCSE equivalent).
• Assessment of satisfactory completion of a series of assignments (individual and group work).
• Group size will vary but will probably range from 10 to 20 students.
• Learning processes include: theory, practice, assignments, individual and group work.
• Access to computing and library facilities. • Weekly group tutorials with your Course Tutor (private tutorials on request).

Entry Requirements
• Be 17 years old or over • Have ability in English Language equivalent to IELTS 5.5.
The course consists of 20 hours of study per week (including IELTS preparation) from September to June.
