They also have Fastfix connectors, come with a seven-year warranty and Chip On Board versions are available. The company has expanded its range of the highly popular SOLA products, which can be safely covered by insulation while maintaining the ability to provide sound insulation for an internal or separating floor. The IP65 high power LED fittings feature an integrated LED driver connected to loop-in/loop-out to a Fastfix connector. Dimmable and non-dimmable versions are available.

Aurora - Premium Retrofit LED Lamps

Aurora’s range of energy saving lamps offers true halogen replacements that are dimmable and some can mimic the warming effect of a dimmed incandescent lamp. The product range features high output Cree LED chips together with smooth and linear dimming on most dimmers.

The GU10, with the latest CREE XPG LED chips and a small form factor, operates at 350 Lm. The MR16, also with the latest CREE XPG LED chips, operates at 450Lm. Ultra-high output is achieved by Aurora’s GU10 AU-P16GU08/30 which offers Colour Temperature Adjustment (CTA) from warm to cool white and a 400 Lm output.

Aurora - SOLA Universal Downlights

Aurora has developed the first truly universal fire rated downlight, featuring multi-lamp compatibility, insulation coverable and LED optimisation for longer lamp life. The SOLA Universal comes supplied with GU10 and MR16 lampholders to accommodate 12V/240V halogen, CFL or LED lamps. To deliver longer lamp life, the patented insulation cover (IC) has enlarged ventilation slots designed for maximum heat dissipation and optimum ventilation. This IC allows the downlight to be directly covered with thermal insulation material, including 'Celotex'. Available in fixed, adjustable and IP65 options, the SOLA Universal has been tested in 30, 60 and 90 minute fire rated ceilings.

Aurora - Wide range of LED flat panels

Suspended or recessed

Aurora’s wide range of LED light panels are suitable for use as recessed or suspended (with optional kit) and can now be colour temperature adjusted to range from warm to neutral to cool. Manufactured using optical polycarbonate for even light distribution, recessed versions are back-lit for maximum lumen output while suspended versions, offering up and down lighting, are edge-lit allowing a lower profile distributing 30% light up and 70% down. Dimmable (1-10V) and emergency versions are available and all products carry a three-year guarantee.

Aurora - Twist & Lock LED

Up to 73 Lm

450 Lm GU10

Hong Kong staged the premiere of Aurora’s expanded range of modular LED downlighting solutions featuring interchangeable bezels, modules and drivers. Aurora’s high power Twist & Lock LED luminaire is dimmable, comes in three LED modules, (8.5W, 12W and 14.5W) and operates at both warm and neutral colour temperatures. Choose from a fixed or adjustable bezel and a matt white, satin silver or satin nickel finish. The luminaire requires a separate remote LED driver and Chip On Board (COB) options are available.
