THE services from the Exeter office of Complete Building Control are provided by Iain Allars, who has had over 15 years’


experience in the


industry. Iain has a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying, is a full member of the Institution of Fire Engineers and is also a member of the Association of Building Engineers.


Iain has a wide range of


experience in dealing with all building projects including high-rise domestic developments and multi- million pound commercial projects as well as rural buildings.


Prior to moving to Devon in 2004, Iain spent his working career in London and the South East. This gave Iain a great deal of experience on complex and high-value projects that demanded a pragmatic and problem-solving approach.
