The Word Around Town... Letters to our Editor
Shame on the Fathers
Shame on you fathers if your sons are not getting as good grades as your daughters. It might not be their fault. Do you fathers of sons know that all across the country and throughout most of the world girls are out performing boys from K-college. Not only are girls getting better grades but they are also walking off with the majority of the awards! A high school girl in Florida at an awards ceremony exclaimed “Awesome” when she observed not a single boy earned an award! By so doing she revealed an all too common female superiority complex. How tragic should have been an appropriate response. Hanover, MA, High School had to go back 10 years to find the last time a boy was valedictorian. Te valedictorians from Salem High School this year were both females. Tis is common throughout the nation. As much as 70 percent of college enrolments are females and it is predicted to go higher! Shame on you fathers that you do not demand to
know why your sons are not getting as good grades as your daughters. Do you really believe your sons are inferior to your daughters? Do you not know that in the 60s-80s boys were out performing girls academically? At that time the educational system was reformed and now the situation has been reversed. Tirty years is not enough time for evolution to build superior female brains. Something has gone tragically wrong. Shame on you fathers that you aren’t demanding an explanation from schools as to why your sons are lagging behind. Shame on you fathers that you’re letting your sons down. Do you not know that boys have become
addicted to video games and it is suspected that playing video games while girls are studying might be part of the reason boys aren’t keeping up. Shame on you fathers if you don’t take their video games away from them if they aren’t getting high grades.
Why does it matters if girls outperform boys academically today? Tis will lead to girls out competing boys for best paying jobs tomorrow which in turn will lead to women making more money than their husbands, which in turn will lead to men not being the heads of household, which will lead to lower marriage rates already happening, which will lead to women preferring girl babies already happening, which will lead to more women living alone and raising children independently of dads already happening! Already the things mentioned above are happening and the root causes of these negative consequences is a flawed educational system that favors girls and thus enables girls to out perform males academically and too many girl support groups motivating girls to out shine the boys in order to get the best paying jobs while there are too few boy support groups motivating boys. Unless these issues are corrected and the educational system is made gender neutral with more boy support groups to equal the support groups for girls the new world order will devastate the male gender and usher in an unhealthy world order one characterized by a multitude of young angry, frustrated, jobless males. Tis is the stuff of which violent revolutions are born! If this is allowed to happen than it shall truly be said shame on the fathers.

submitted by Jessica Thrasher, ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital On Saturday, November 19, members in and around New Hampshire will lace up their green shoe laces and join St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® supporters in 80 communities across the country for the St. Jude Give Thanks. More than 250 participants are expected to join together at The Mall at Rockingham Park to participate in this exciting noncompetitive 5K walk that serves as the official kick-off event for the national St. Jude Thanks and Giving campaign. One local walk attendee already looking forward to the event is 10-year-old Jordyn, a St. Jude patient.
“We are honored to get the chance to walk here in Salem and help raise awareness, support and funds for St. Jude, a place that gave our family renewed hope,” said Brian, Jordyn’s dad. “We give thanks every day that a place like St. Jude exists so that we’re able to celebrate this and every holiday season together as a family.” The Salem St. Jude Give thanks.
