and extensive mentoring from top-level ex- ecutives. Cintas works tirelessly to ensure its diverse suppliers are equipped with the tools necessary to be successful.” Cintas’ commitment to supplier diver- sity is a corporate-wide initiative to edu- cate its employees about the importance of having a diverse supply chain. While work- ing to increase the number of small, minor- ity and woman owned businesses that pro- vide Cintas with products and services, the programs’ goal is to ensure that every small, minority and woman owned busi- ness is treated fairly during the supplier qualification process. Last year, 11 percent

Cintas also offers minority and woman owned businesses strategic selling courses around the coun- try, Six Sigma training and other educa- tional programs. “We are honored to be recognized for our commitment to economic inclusion within the healthcare industry,” said Pa- mela Coleman, Senior Director of Supplier Diversity and Sustainability, Cintas. “Our goal is to educate and provide sourcing op- portunities that will enable diverse vendors to be successful as our suppliers and in business in general.” To learn more about Cintas and its cor- diversity
