Te new concept is a modern off spin of Jones’ Ouisie’s venture with an industrial black, red and white interior that’s softened by shimmering chandeliers, velvet drapery and antique chairs suspended sporadically above the white tablecloth-topped tables. On the Southern-leaning menu, dishes like the fried Gulf coast oysters and seafood gumbo live alongside braised pork osso buco and herb-crusted half Cornish hen.
Te Bird and the Bear is open for lunch and dinner daily and late-night on the weekends.
