lead our Girls category. Working on the full spectrum from fashion doll to role play, you will be responsible for the UK mainly, with top line Pan European direction. We need an experienced candidate with strong category insight and commercial ability to launch 2 New huge Girls brands. You are of graduate calibre, with 3 years experience of Girls / Girls Fashion Dolls, preferential. You will enjoy a wealth of A&P budget to deliver exciting marketing campaigns, but will have the confidence to formulate and drive trade / consumer strategies with Sales and Accounts. TV Media / PR briefing along with forecasting, budgeting and TLP work will be part of your monitoring role, steering new strategies to hit brand goals if required. You will work closely with our global brand teams and partners to maintain consistent communication of brand activity and key information to internal business partners. POSH PAWS are seeking experienced Sales Agents for the TOY and GIFT markets. POSH PAWS success supplying its ranges of licensed plush, toy and gift products to major accounts in the UK and is now looking to broaden the distribution into the independent sector of both markets. Licences such as Spongebob, Bagpuss, Roland Rat, Monkey etc have been proven successes for the company but the recently announced addition of the DISNEY mass market plush and infant ranges will give huge impetus to the business. Much of the DISNEY range has never been available to the independent sector and so this is a major opportunity for the right Sales Agents to establish wider distribution for Mickey, Minnie, Pooh etc.
