in the United Way Day of Caring 2011 Exchange Bank’s volunteer team participated in the Day of Caring’s Signature Project at Sheppard Elementary and Charter School in the heart of the Roseland community. The Exchange Bank team painted fences, railings, sheds, and ball walls; planted trees, created an outside learning area, cleared out an overgrown garden and installed raised growing beds and an irrigation system; shoveled yards and yards of bark and topsoil, and removed debris.
