As we wandered through beautifully furnished rooms and admired the picturesque view out towards the sea fromthe balcony of the principal bedroom,we were in no doubt that Casa de Anunciada should be the next addition to our portfolio.With its polished wooden floors, stylish soft furnishings of themost tasteful fabric and homely finishing touches, this is a home that exudes comfort and quality to such an extent that guests are unlikely to want to leave.


Adding further to the appeal, the substantial garden that surrounds the house offers a wide expanse of lawn that creates a great sensation of space. In one corner, an impressive stone built barbecue house comes complete with fitted kitchen, table and chairs,whilst the attractive tiled terrace that adjoins one end of the property is an ideal spot for dining al fresco.Across the grounds,mature trees cast welcome areas of shade and the swimming pool sits on a slightly lower level, flanked bymore lawns.
