All registrations must be fi lled out completely and accompanied by payment in full in order to be processed unless otherwise stated in the brochure. Do not forget to fi ll out the waiver form as this will delay the processing of your registration(s).


Lockport Township is unable to guarantee enrollment and is not responsible for lost or late mail. Additional classes may be added to accommodate enrollment.


Registration Policy NSF Checks


Registration Policy Programs will be fi lled on a fi rst-come, fi rst-served basis. Mail-in & drop-off registrations will be processed after walk-ins. All


programs have a minimum and maximum enrollment. If a class is fi lled, waiting lists will be formed and every attempt will be made to accommodate persons on that list. Proof of residency, tax bill or voter’s card along with current driver’s license is required for early registration and discounted price of programs.


NSF Checks A $30 fee will be charged to persons presenting N.S.F. checks for Lockport Township Park District programs. This fee must be


paid at the Administrative Offi ce prior to participation in the program. Program Refund Policy

2. No refunds will be granted after the start of the program except for a medical excuse or relocation out of the area. A doctor’s note is required with the refund request form. The refund will be pro-rated from the time of the request along with a $10 Admin. fee. 3. All refund requests must be made in person in writing at the Admin. Offi ce located at 1911 S. Lawrence Ave. in Lockport. 4. Credit balances of $10 or less will be kept on account. 5. See page 45 for trip refund policy.
