Largest Loser Challenge yourself to Change Your Life! This eight week class will meet twice a week with your personal trainer. You will work as a team to motivate each other in reaching your fi tness goals. All fi tness levels welcome. Each member will receive a T-shirt and a fi tness assessment prior to starting the program. Team up with your friends and family. Prizes will be awarded to the winning team and individuals. Take your Child to WorkOUT Day
All members of Challenge Fitness are invited to WORKOUT with their children on April 6, 2012. Teach your child the importance of leading a healthy and nonsedentary lifestyle by utilizing the following: Fitness Center, Lap Swim, Family Open Tennis (12- 4p.m. drop-in, 1 hr. time limit), Family Open Wallyball/Racquetball (12-5 p.m., 1/2 hr. time limit). Children ages 6-17 are welcome with an adult member for fi tness activities, all ages with parent for pool usage. All kids are free and non-member parents are subject to a guest fee.

Triathlon Tri for Kids
Kid’s Indoor Triathlon race is a fun challenging event for children 6-14 years of age. We hope through this event, you will learn to be and continue to be an active and healthy person. Here’s how the 30-minute race against the clock breaks down: 5 minute swim in the lap pool, 15 minute spin bike ride, 10 minute run on a treadmill. Kid’s are free if you have a Challenge Fitness Premier Family Membership, Non-members: $5 Code Date

Become a triathlete in 60 minutes fl at. The Challenge Fitness Indoor Triathlon is a fun challenge that appeals to everyone (from seasoned triathletes to fi rst-timers) because you set your own pace and all the action takes place in one convenient, weatherproof location. One-hour race against the clock break down: - 10 minute swim in the lap pool - 30 minute bike ride in the Cycle Studio - 20 minute run on the treadmill
Performance is measured by distance covered in each of the three legs. The more distance you cover, the higher your score. All participants will receive swim caps for use during the race, plus a t-shirt. To participate, you must be 14 years of age or older. We will email your wave start time, the offi cial race format and rules the week of the race. Code Date
