Shape & Tone (Mary Beth) A great way to work at your own level and get your heart pumping with an easy to follow cardio workout using steps. The second half of class includes weights, body bars, bands and balls to exercise and tone. Each class is fun and different so you’ll never get bored. 9:30am - 10:30am M/W
Turbo Kick (Linda) Workout with this fat-blasting, ab-defi ning cardio workout that allows you to burn up to 1,000 calories per hour! A mix of kickboxing and simple dance grooves--guaranteed to give you jaw-dropping results no matter what your fi tness level. 7:15pm - 8:15pm M/W
Low Impact Aerobics (Terry) Looking for a low-impact but challenging workout? Try this cardio and toning class that combines weights, squats, lunges and fl oor work. All fi tness levels are encouraged to participate.
9:30am - 10:30am Tu/Th Trim & Tone (Trinette)
This class combines aerobics with weights and resistance exercises and fl oor work to help you concentrate on your trouble areas. 7:30pm - 8:30pm Tu/Th
Cardio Step Plus (Terry)
An excellent workout that burns fat and enhances body sculpting using steps, weights and fl oor exercises. 9:30am - 10:30am F
