Garage Sales Citizens may only have three garage sales per year and must register with the police department.
Vehicle Stickers Stickers can be obtained at the village hall for $20. A valid driver’s license with a Harwood Heights address and vehicle registration with a Harwood Heights address must be presented to purchase a sticker.
Curfew A curfew has been set for children under 18 years old. Sun. – Thurs. 10:30 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Fri. – Sat. 11:30 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
