Tuesday 1st November – Saltburn Community Theatre The 2011 Heritage Lecture Series (No. 5) A Journey Along the Tees Mike Sidgwick


Mike Sidgwick presents an illustrated lecture


for the Saltburn 150 celebrations showing villages, places of interest and people he has encountered on his travels along the Tees. Starting at North and South Gare, where


the river meets the sea, he follows it back to its source on Cross Fell. Community Theatre 7.30pm. Doors open 7pm. Entry Free.

Three Course Theatre presents Romanoff & Juliet


A romantic comedy by Peter Ustinov in which the


‘harbinger of death’ forgets to strike and the lovers come in from the cold (war). Three Course Theatre is a charity dedicated to raising funds for the Friends of Murambinda Hospital, for their work in supporting the Murambinda Mission Hospital in Zimbabwe.

This is a session for parents and children from birth who would like to come and play in a soothing environment


using toys made from natural materials and with a strong emphasis on the moods in nature and the seasons. This approach is based on the kindergarten of a local Steiner School. We make lovely seasonal crafts and learn new skills. Come and learn some new songs and rhymes and
