YOUTH DEVELOPMENT: SWIM, SPORTS & PLAY TRAVELING BASKETBALL
Youth are encouraged to attend the evaluation date for the traveling basketball program hosted at the Kettle Moraine YMCA. Teams will be formed with 9 to 12 players per team. There is no cost to attend evaluations. Teams will practice a minimum of once per week with weekend tournaments to be determined from November – March. Accommodations will be made to schedule practice and tournaments around school programs; i.e., Holy Angels, St. Johns, Cabrini, etc.

The West Bend Youth Basketball Association which consists of the West Bend Joint School District #1, Boys & Girls Club of Washington County and the Kettle Moraine YMCA are entering their first year of collaboration offering youth the opportunity to play traveling basketball. Youth must attend one of the two following evaluation dates. School affiliation (West Bend East or West Bend West) is not required to play on the WBYBA traveling team.

Players will have the opportunity to practice at 2 times per week compete in roughly 10 tournaments, equaling more than 30 games. In addition to weekend tournaments and scheduled practices players will have contact working with our varsity basketball players. Fee is $225/player.
