Anniversaries Sunday 13 November, 7.30pm Back by popular demand, Alwyn Humphreys conducts and introduces in his inimitable style with music by composers for which 2011 is a notable year. Works by Mahler, Liszt, Grainger and McDowell are amongst those that will feature in this magical candlelit setting with soprano Ros Evans and the Chamber Orchestra of Wales.

Only Men Aloud Christmas Tour Tuesday, 29 November, 7pm See the winners of BBC1’s Last Choir Standing perform during their Christmas Tour. Handel’s Messiah Saturday 17 December, 7.30pm The Swansea Philharmonic Choir are delighted to be giving the City and County of Swansea’s annual performance of Handel’s Messiah. Conducted by Clive John and accompanied by the Chamber Orchestra of Wales, the choir will be joined by soloists Laurie Ashworth (Soprano), Carolyn Dobbin (Mezzo Soprano), Joseph Cornwell (Tenor) and James Oldfi eld (Bass-baritone).
