sourdough baguette Yoke Mardewi will take you through a demonstration on making your own delicious sourdough baguette. Learn the history, health benefits and fermentation theory behind naturally fermented ‘real’ sourdough baguette (often referred to as baguette à l’ancienne). Yoke will start the class with a tasting of the sourdough baguette. You will receive a copy of Yoke’s recently published second book Sourdough – from pastries to gluten free wholegrain breads and take home some wild sourdough white starter culture to begin your own sourdough journey.
