handy hints for enrolling online 3

1 If there is only one instance of the course or event it is shown here; for courses with multiple session it shows their span, time of first session,

number of sessions and total hours. Clicking on this link will open a small pop-up window displaying this in a calendar. Click off the pop-up to close.

2 If a class is full, or there are no current classes for that course, look for the button that says ‘Join’. You’ll need to provide your name, email and the

number of places you may wish to book. If we are able to offer a repeat of that course, we will contact people who are on the wait list first.

3 Clicking this link will provide you with a Google Maps image and links to detailed information about the venue and its location. You can also bring

up a list of all venues at extension.uwa.edu.au/sites and further information about our more commonly-used venues at extension.uwa.edu.au/page/3.

4 Aside from doing exactly what it says, when you hover your mouse over this button a small popup window appears which offers two options; More about... is the same as 5 below but View this class... is very useful and will show you everything about the course, class, session times and location.

5 The default display for a course or event only shows the first few lines of the description. Click on [More] (or on the course title itself) to view the

complete details, including a course outline and important information such as materials to bring along and any suggested skill prerequisites.

• If you chose a concession fee you may be required to provide supporting documentation. • If you are enrolling with a discount code remember to provide this before payment section. • Tickets for some of our events will redirect you to a different website for that transaction. • Sales from the enrolment and ticketing websites cannot be combined into one transaction.
