ath has a similar story to a lot of dieters; slim until her 30‘s, after 3 children struggled


to lose the weight and over the years gradually more and more weight crept on. By the time she had reached her 60‘s she had crept up to a size 22 and was starting to develop health problems. Kath ignored her own personal dilemmas. She


said: ―I realise that I was distracting myself from sorting out my own problems by dedicating myself to others. My work, husband and children. At times my job was stressful, which is a factor that provoked excessive eating. I would also eat for comfort; when feeling bored, angry or sad – food was my enemy and also my best friend.‘‘ Kath had many failed attempts to lose weight over the years; and had tried almost every diet plan; as a last resort Kath turned to Cambridge Weight Plan.
