he 2011 National Urban League (NUL) set sail for Boston, Massachusetts, July 27-30 for this year’s annual conference and expo. For three and a half days, the league presented “Jobs Rebuild America,” the clarion call for all conference participants to be informed and deeply engaged in the various elements of economic empowerment. Over 100 exhibitors were on hand representing premier corporations, organizations, government agencies and non-profits, all eager to share their products, services and opportunities with attendees. One exhibitor show- casing and demonstrating products and services even offered free health screenings and free health advice.
