PCP Management Ltd is currently looking to recruit a Deputy Shopping Centre Manager to ensure the efficient and effective day to day running of their 600,000 sq ft Clydebank Shopping Centre, Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to work within the retail and shopping centre industry and offers a varied and challenging work environment.


Roles and responsibilities include driving commercialisation income within the mall, managing contractors and onsite staff, developing close working relationships with retailers, acting as Duty Manager and standing in for Centre Manager as required.


A solid understanding of the retail and shopping centre industry is required for this role.

SHOPPING CENTRE MANAGER


Elmsleigh Shopping Centre, Staines is a thriving 250,000 sq. ft. scheme with over 40 retailers including many of the UK’s top brand names.


An opportunity has arisen for a new Centre Manager to join and lead the on-site team, taking responsibility for managing operational contracts and working closely with staff and retailers to proactively manage all aspects of the business including commercialisation; providing eff ective on site management of the property for a major institutional client. The role of Centre Manager is pivotal to the success of the Centre and will require someone with proven centre or retail management experience, ideally who holds the BCSC Shopping Centre Management Diploma, and who has excellent leadership, communication and relationship building skills. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial and IT skills


together with in-depth retail knowledge, to ensure that the Centre is eff ectively managed and developed whilst also promoting the Centre’s best interests in the local community. The Centre Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the Centre’s high standards of operations, health & safety, marketing, environmental targets and customer service are consistently achieved.
