makes the difference!

Orbit Developments’ extensive re-modelling of 50 Alderley Road,Wilmslow, has transformed the property into a chic, grade A metropolitan office and retail space.

Significant interior and exterior works carried out by Orbit’s sister company, Jones Contracts, have created an impressive building which has caused quite a stir amongst Orbit’s existing tenants, some of whom have expanded and re-located their businesses to 50 Alderley Road.

The exterior now boasts striking double curtain wall encompassing floor-to-ceiling energy efficient glazing. The interior has been finished to an exceptionally high standard, including spacious reception room, tiled flooring, new lifts, shower and disabled toilet facilities.

The Cheshire Tile Studio, Chameleon Communications and Sport Five are amongst the new occupiers and just one suite of nearly 4,000sq ft now remains. In fact such was the level of interest that 80%of the building was pre-let before the works had been completed.
