New sites open in Yorkshire
Maintaining its high profile in the region Jones Homes has, in recent months, launched two new developments in West Yorkshire.
Lower Royd, Honley, is a prestigious gated development which will, when complete, comprise just 15 exclusive homes in a private secluded setting. Prospective home buyers have a choice of styles ranging from 4 bedroom detached homes and townhouses to 2 and 3 bedroom mews style homes.
Appealing to a variety of tastes Mill Beck Park, Farsley, will comprise 47 properties, including contemporary 2 bedroom apartments and 4 bedroom family homes. Handy for commuters and shoppers, the development is just 6 miles from the city centre on the outskirts of Leeds.

Local Councillor Jim Dodds is grateful for Jones Homes’ support. He said: “As a well- established company in Yorkshire and within the Denby Dale community especially, their involvement in our scheme is very much appreciated.”
Jones Homes has announced its sponsorship of a new team in the Garforth Under-8 Junior Football League.
Aberford Albion, which draws its players from boys attending local schools in Barwick-in-Elmet and Aberford, play their matches on Sunday mornings and train once a week under the guidance of ex-semi pro footballer Craig Tumilty. He says: “We are delighted with Jones Homes’ involvement in the local community through their generous sponsorship of the team kit.”
Jayne Swift, regional sales & marketing director, said: “We have a development in Barwick-in-Elmet, so it was important for us to support the team and help the club provide a safe and fun environment for the boys.”
