Siddharth Gandhinathan graduated from Portland State University with an accelerated dual bachelor in accounting and finance. He is looking forward to going to grad school next year .


GA CONGRATS DIVYA


Congratulations to Divya Chidambaram, daughter of CT and Meena of Atlanta , Georgia for receiving "PRESIDENTIAL AWARD FOR ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE" in her middle school years. She has won similar awards in her elementary school years as well for her academic achievements.


VALEDICTORIAN & PRESIDENTIAL SCHOLAR 2011 : KARTHIK SETHURAMAN.


Karthik Sethuraman, son of Nachal & Sethuraman Raman from Sugarland, Texas, graduated this summer 2011 with flying colors. He was the valedictorian of William.P. Clements High School. Apart from making a PERFECT SCORE of 2400 in the SAT, he was also among the 141 high school seniors from the nation to receive the prestigious Presidential Scholar Award. This award is one of the nation's highest honors for high school seniors bestowed upon them by executive order of the President of the United States. He visited Washington D.C., to receive the award at a medallion ceremony held at the White House. Karthik enjoys a variety of different pursuits from Poetry and Literary Criticism to Programming and Academic Decathlon. He was in the programming team, UIL Literary Criticism Team and Academic Decathlon Team of Clements High School. He has programmed in a variety of different coding competitions including the HP CODE WARS and won first places individually. As a hobby, he participates in various programming and problem solving competitions held by private technology sector. As vice president of Clements computer club, he helps coach and tutor other students preparing them for programming at a higher level.

He fulfills his dream of joining an Ivy League Institution by joining U-Penn this fall. He will be majoring in Bioengineering and programming at University of Pennsylvania.
