oin Sharon Kitzhaber and Talia Laird on Tuesday, Nov. 1 from 9-11 a.m. to experience Look and Feel Your Best Now, an informational and energizing morning on how to successfully achieve sustained weight loss and how to have fun with exercise. This is for members who share a love-hate relationship with exercise or who know they need it for health and longevity, but haven’t found the activity they enjoy that is also truly effective.
Eat Well, Lose Weight and Have Fun J
The first half of the morning, Kitzhaber
presents Weight Loss & Nutritional Wellness to help members understand why insulin regulation through healthier food choices is at the heart of successful weight loss and that it can be achieved quickly, safely and conveniently. Most importantly, it can be sustained. When individuals stabilize blood sugar levels while maintaining muscle, they burn fat, and can lower cholesterol, high
blood pressure and significantly reduce (dangerous) “belly fat.”
The second half of the morning, Laird
presents Have Fun with Exercise, where members get the opportunity to experience easy, fun and effective exercise that prom- ises enjoyment, and can be done anywhere, anytime. Seventy-six percent of Americans do not participate in fitness activities at even the minimum level required to sustain good health and longevity. Talia inspires members to enjoy more healthful and joy- filled living through activity. Sharon Kitzhaber, founder of Bon Vie
www.bonviepdx.com, Ideal Protein method consultant and coach, physical therapist, and former first lady of Oregon for eight years, leads a life-long commitment to helping others be their best. Talia Laird is a Stott Pilates certified instructor. As a dancer and teacher she has
