When local resident Matthew Harding formed his own business in 1985 he quickly established a reputation for high quality extensions as well as new homes.

Christies first met Matt and his wife Lisa back in 1997. They had purchased an unmodernised detached house on the


Nonsuch Estate in Cheam. Matt remodelled and extended the property and Lisa ‘worked her magic’ with the interior. As soon as it was finished they marketed it through Christies. The Hardings bought and sold several other homes through Christies over the next ten years and after having been refurbished, all again exceeded the price bracket for their roads. Two years ago Matt and Lisa asked Christies to help them find a property with development potential. They had decided the time had come (after ten house moves) to finally put down some roots! The wonderful news is that they succeeded in finding their perfect plot at ‘WHINCOP’ in The Drive, South Cheam.
