The Koondrook Barham Farmers Market is a new monthly market showcasing local growers and food producers, held on the banks of the Murray River in James Park Koondrook, in the Gannawarra Shire. The market will feature cooking classes with the kids, integrated farm walks, loyalty programs, seasonal feasts and incorporate special events throughout the year. The Farmers Market aims to provide locals with seasonal locally grown produce and growers with a direct market to the local community. It will also be operated under Vic Farmers Market Association guidelines, with the goal to be an accredited market with VFMA when it’s up and running.
