CONTENTS editor’s letter

With the success of the Harvest Festival, it’s clear to see that Waterford is becoming renowned for fabulous food and a letter to the My Waterford offices from Ballymaloe top chef Darina Allen confirms this. Darina picked up a copy of My Waterford at her hotel and took the time to write to us to compliment the magazine but also said how much she enjoyed her time in Waterford and was very impressed with the high standards of local food producers. With that in mind, we bring you delicious recipes, restaurant guides and also news from industry experts. We are also very excited this month as we celebrate our 2nd birthday. To date we have published 24 editions of My Waterford Magazine, bringing only positive stories and good news from around the city and county and have recently started our second title, My Clonmel. As we look forward to the Christmas season and a prosperous new year, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all the retailers and business owners who have supported us thus far and hope to continue to promote Waterford for what it is for many more years to come.
