David Weekley Homes is the builder for Lakeland Heights and many of the homes face the waterway or a neighborhood park. Lakeland Heights incorporates the Craftsman, English Tudor, Classical and French housing styles found in those neighborhoods to heighten curb appeal, and homes will look as though they have evolved over time.

Residents will enjoy the convenience and charm of the Village Center, and this concept will be repeated in each of Bridgeland’s four villages.
