Celebration Menus
We passionately strive to provide the widest range of options for your event at the Saints Stadium. All our buffet, celebration and banqueting menus shown are not restrictive, they present an example of our menu style.
We offer flexibility on all menus and our chef will always adopt a policy of flexibility to meet client’s needs whether these are dietary requirements, specific requests or getting a bespoke menu written. All catering is freshly prepared by our in-house chef.
BUFFET MENUS
Freshly prepared sandwich selection Assorted breads, baguettes and tortilla with chef’s choice of fillings
Homemade ‘Saints Sizzler’ sausage rolls Served with our own chutney
Hand cut potato wedges Flavoured with either blackened Cajun spices, Rosemary and garlic, or sea salt and cracked black pepper.
Chicken tandoori skewers with cucumber and mint dip
Your choice of pasties from: Mince and potato, cheese and red onion or salmon and spinach turnovers

Starters • Tomato & seared pepper soup Traditional tomato soup with seared sweet peppers, cream drizzle and croutons
• Potted chicken liver pate Homemade piccalilli sourdough croutes
• Duo of melon Mulled wine syrup
Main Courses
• Poached chicken fillet filled with mushrooms and lemon Served with steamed baby potatoes, vegetable medley and a tarragon cream sauce
• Carved roast topside of beef Homemade Yorkshire pudding, roasted potatoes, fine beans, hand cut chunky carrots served with roast gravy
• Roast loin of lamb Served with fondant potatoes, creamed leeks, finished with port and redcurrant sauce
Desserts
• Profiterole stack 3 chocolate sauce and raspberry drizzle
• Lemon possett tart Served with blackcurrant cream
• Bread and butter pudding Served with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of hot custard
• Freshly brewed coffee and chocolate mints
