Day Delegate Menus


We passionately strive to provide the widest range of options for your conference or meeting.


For conferences, we offer a variety of differing lunch options tailored to suit your individual requirements. The menus for all events will always adopt a policy of flexibility to meet client’s needs and special requests.


WORKING LUNCH MENU


On the table – fresh basket of bread served with plain and herb butters


Starters (platters or plated to table) • Roast, cured and marinated meats • Shaved beef, rolled ham and chicken wings • Sauces, pickles, small cheeses and chargrilled vegetables


Main Event (buffet style or plated) • Butter chicken - tender chicken in a delicate butter sauce • Slow cooked beef - in red wine • From the garden patch: baked sunshine vegetable medley, steamed baby potatoes, salad greens with tomato and cucumber, fresh tomato and pasta salad with parmesan dressing


Desserts (plated) Chocolate torte, whipped cream or fresh fruit salad


HOT FORK BUFFET MENU Freshly brewed tea and coffee on arrival and in the afternoon.


Lunch Freshly brewed tea and coffee, Chilled water and cordials With a 2 course hot fork lunch, choose from the following:


Choice 1 • Roasted marinated diced lamb in olive oil rosemary and garlic served with lightly scented mustard mash


• Blacksticks blue penne pasta and wilted greens {served hot} • Salads and potatoes • Green leaves and herbs with house dressing • Steamed potato salad with spring onions • Diced salad of tomato, cucumber and red onion • Basket of bread


Choice 2 • Hand carved roast loin of pork served on creamed Savoy cabbage, scalloped potatoes and sliced onions


• Spinach, tomato and mushroom layered lasagne • Green salad with croutons and garlic dressing • Tomato, basil and red onion salad • Bavarian style potato salad with crisp bacon pieces • Bread basket

BUFFET MENU Freshly brewed tea and coffee on arrival and in the afternoon.


Lunch - 5 items from menu choice A, B or C


Choice A • Fresh bagels with smoked salmon and cream cheese • Herb coated diced potatoes • Platter of roast vegetables, dips and spreads • Cheese and red onion pasties with brown sauce • Saints Gold battered fish goujons


Choice B • 3 wrap selection – plain, spinach and tomato filled with chicken, or tuna and egg


• Hand cut baked wedges • Garlic bread slice served with sundried tomato dip • Chicken, bacon and leek turnovers with homemade chutney • Lamb kofta on a skewer with mint and yoghurt dip


Choice C • Chef’s sandwich selection – bloomers, baguettes and buns • Fat chips • Battered cauliflower florets with curry mayonnaise • Chicken tikka samosas served with mint and yoghurt dip • Pigs in wigs with mustard mayonnaise


BUFFET MENU - HEALTHY OPTION The two options below can be substituted into the day delegate menu where a healthier option is preferred


Healthy option - grazing • Chicken skewers - served with sweet chilli sauce • Poached salmon kebab - served with lemon crème fraiche • Sandwiches and French style brown baguettes Fillings to include: poached chicken, tuna


• Oven roasted wedges • Platter of mini Buffalo mozzarella and beef tomatoes • Sliced melon and bunched grapes


Healthy option buffet service style • Meatballs in a Provencal sauce • Chicken skewers • Baked jacket potatoes • Salad bar – two choices • Chunky fruit platter
