A Fitness Boot Camp at East Portal Ages: 18+ A structured, result driven workout to boost your level of fitness. It is a vigorous and fun fitness program that takes place inside the clubhouse and outside in the park when weather and light permit. The foundation of the program will include pre and post assessments to help you monitor your progress of each four week session. Senior Dance and Fitness 50 + Adults Low-impact, non-competitive and FUN! We start each class with stretches, followed by strengthening with light weights and balance work; emphasizing our developing a strong upper-body and core.
