Opportunity and luxury beckon in Chengdu

Chengdu Mayor, Mr Ge Honglin, believes that the second decade of China’s Western Development policy (from 2010) will help Chengdu drive China’s economic growth into the future. As Chengdu looks ever onwards and upwards, the InterContinental Century City delivers the high level of luxury required to attract some of Asia’s – and the world’s – leading investors.

A

s the thriving hub of commerce in Western China, Chengdu has become a near-essential stop for the wise regional investor, with China Western Development program bringing investment and tax incentives to encourage development of infrastructure such as airports, high-speed rail, highways and power grids.
