REALISING FREEDOM


➚ By Kristine Fry. It is human nature to search for happiness, which is ultimately realising your truth at its essence. We often need support in recognising how to be more artful in living truth.


Most of us have resistances as a result of conditioning. Conditioning creates automatic behavioural patterns from childhood, parenting, relationships, schooling, workplace issues and general life experience. We live in these behaviours not realising our authentic nature in alignment with our souls blueprint. This often manifests as a sense of disconnection and or discomfort.


Reconnection is achieved by looking at your inner dialogue


enabling you to 'feel into' what you are really feeling. This in essence is personal intimacy (In-to-me-I-see). Occasional discomfort when looking inward may indicate triggers around where you are not living your truth. Discomfort, when approached with compassion and empathy, assists you in realizing more freedom and happiness. There are many paths to looking inward including meditation, yoga and True Soul Path readings (which I personally work with).
