The Tavi Specials A Success from the Word “Go!”


The Devon Ability Counts Leagues are now upon us and Tavistock will be


represented by 4 teams! The Tavi Specials Stars in League 1, Tavi Specials Diamonds in League 2, Under 16’s and Tavi Specials Ladies will join forces with the Free Spirits Ladies from Honiton.


People with learning disabilities and physical problems in this area now have their own football club which is well into its 3rd Year. TYCP Utd was formed in February 2009 by Stewart O’Loughlin, then Chairman of Tavistock Town FC and Allen Lewis, Secretary of Tavistock Youth Cafe Plus group for children and young adults with learning difficulties.
