THE AVERETT OUTSTANDING ALUMNUS AWARD – Recognizes those who have demonstrated outstanding service or accomplishment in their personal or professional lives.
MARY JO DAVIS OUTSTANDING ALUMNUS AWARD – Goes to an alumnus that has served Averett continually in the way that Mary Jo Davis did. Mary Jo Davis ’55 worked in admissions, served as alumni director and dean of students, and worked in the development office for a total of 35 years.
