‘In Christ’s name we seek to retain and regain the highest quality of life which each individual is capable of experiencing at any given time’.
CrossReach has a long history of supporting some of the most vulnerable people in Scotland through challenging circumstances. We work with people in communities and at home alongside existing residential and day care.
Our Adult and Older People’s Services aim to create a happy environment where people’s rights, freedom of choice, privacy, dignity and independence are promoted, respected and maintained. People are encouraged to live as independent lives as possible, consulted through surveys and Service Users Forums to bring about positive change.
Our children’s services work to make a positive difference to the lives of young people by providing structure and routine in a safe, caring and therapeutic environment.
People Development is a priority and the 2,000 staff we employ achieve qualifications to meet SSSC registration.
Quality Systems encourage staff and service user involvement to meet National Care Standards and deliver excellent support. CrossReach have consistently achieved high Inspection Grades, winning awards for their work and encouraging innovative practice.
CrossReach Strategic Goals 2011 - 2013
