here are some cities which should be arrived at by sea, there just are. And Sydney, according to our well-travelled readers, tops that list. The iconic sight of the Harbour Bridge and the Concert Hall just tell you, as you look out from deck,
that you are a very long way from home in a fi ne and beautiful city. And arriving by air at a busy airport, jet-lagged from a 24-hour fl ight, just cannot compare. So Sydney scoops the award for best destination, with Stockholm with all its chilly Nordic beauty coming in a close second, and Jamaica a very respectable third. Only half of our judges have been Down Under, but of those that have all agreed: Sydney is a well-deserved winner.
