Premier gets off to a flying start!
MJ’s Premier division, which launched in early Summer, has had a fantastic fi rst quar ter. Says John Coggins, of the Cyncoed offi ce “It’s been great to see how many vendors have been keen to take up our Premier offering and the number of agreed sales to date has exceeded our expectations”

Cardiff students scoop £500 for the cleanest pad in town...
We’ve added a little cash sparkle to the summer of four Cardiff students – Nathan Brown, Paul Withers, Lucy Lazarus and Lorna Gribbin who rented a house with us on Llantrisant Street Cathays were the proud recipients of £500 in cash as winners of the “Cleanest Check Out” competition. Said Cathays offi ce branch manager Helen Corsi “Summer term check out is always a busy time for lettings agents, and so we thought we would incentivise our student tenants to “keep it clean” by offering a prize for the most spotless pad in Cardiff. We had a fantastic response, and it was actually diffi cult to pick a winning property – many were gleaming!” Pictured are Kate Davies and Rachael Ferries of Moginie James with students Nathan Brown and Lucy Lazarus.

We’re donating a percentage of every sale and let to our nominated charity – the Marie Curie Hospice in Penarth
raising a fantastic £270 in July and £224 in August. We also have collection
boxes in all of our offi ces, and will be putting our collective minds to the
